Voici quelques mouvements de gymnastique pour passer le temps et am\u00e9liorer votre condition physique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il va bien s\u00fbr de soi que tous ces exercices doivent \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat et au point mort, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence avec le frein \u00e0 main enclench\u00e9. Ne prenez pas de risques inutiles!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Travaillez les fessiers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simple et rapide: contractez les fesses pendant 15&nbsp;secondes, les pieds bien \u00e0 plat sur le plancher de la voiture. Rel\u00e2chez pendant 30&nbsp;secondes, et recommencez autant de fois que vous le souhaitez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Contractez les abdos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les pieds bien \u00e0 plat sur le plancher, rentrez le ventre \u2014 comme lorsque vous essayez de rentrer dans un pantalon un peu serr\u00e9 \u2014 et restez contract\u00e9 pendant 30&nbsp;secondes. Rel\u00e2chez 30&nbsp;secondes et recommencez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Renforcez vos triceps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettez les mains \u00e0 10h10 sur le volant \u2014 comme \u00e0 l\u2019auto-\u00e9cole. Tendez les bras et repoussez le volant: vous allez vous enfoncer dans votre si\u00e8ge. Restez 10&nbsp;secondes en tension, puis rel\u00e2chez 30&nbsp;secondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. D\u00e9tendez votre cou<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Tournez doucement la t\u00eate \u00e0 fond vers la gauche. Restez 5&nbsp;secondes dans cette position. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez \u00e0 droite. Recommencez 2 \u00e0 5&nbsp;fois.<br>\u2022 Inclinez doucement la t\u00eate vers l\u2019\u00e9paule gauche \u2014 l\u2019\u00e9paule ne bouge pas. Restez 5&nbsp;secondes dans la position. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez \u00e0 droite et recommencez 2 \u00e0 5&nbsp;fois.<br>\u2022 Inclinez le menton vers la poitrine. Restez 5&nbsp;secondes dans la position. Redressez la t\u00eate \u00e0 la verticale. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez 2 \u00e0 5&nbsp;fois. Ne faites pas le m\u00eame mouvement vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re, vous risquez de vous blesser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Assouplissez le dos et les hanches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tournez le buste aussi loin que possible vers la droite. Restez 5&nbsp;secondes dans cette position. Faites la m\u00eame chose vers la gauche. Ce mouvement est excellent pour \u00e9viter le mal de dos, particuli\u00e8rement au cours de longs trajets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s toute cette activit\u00e9, vous avez bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9 d\u2019<strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.auto5.be\/fr\/c\/48064-tour-de-cou-plaid-coussin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">augmenter un peu le confort de votre voiture<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/strong>.
